Bookkit is Clustermarket’s easy-to-use core facility management software. It helps managing equipment and service bookings from students, researchers and technicians within your laboratory and university.
The core facility management software has been developed over the last two years with extensive user testing. The result is a software system with an intuitive interface that can be used anytime, anywhere.
We are able to implement Bookkit in your lab within 60 minutes (calculated with 12 users, 20 instruments) if you provide us with the relevant information. The implementation includes account setup, equipment upload and training of all users. Afterwards, we provide 24/7 customer support.

The CSV files will enable your financial controller for uncomplicated recharging. Any payments for equipment usages or service orders from external users will be managed by us - no money chasing or delayed payments.
